Project overview:
Mini Motorways is a game about drawing the roads that drive a growing city. Build a road network, one road at a time, to create a bustling metropolis. Redesign your city to keep the traffic flowing, and carefully manage upgrades to meet the changing demands. How long can you keep the cities of the world moving?

I joined the Dinosaur Polo Club team as their 10th member in March of 2019. Immediately after coming on board, I began to integrate with the management and development team to help establish production methodologies and guide the team out of pre-production and into production in earnest.

Due to the nature of our partnership with Apple and ongoing workload due to the continued support of Mini Metro, many of the production responsibilities for Mini Motorways were shared between myself and another producer. During the first 2/3rd’s of development I largely handled day-to-day production duties, stand ups, staff management, project management software upkeep, task management and stakeholder communication.

As we neared the release of Mini Motorways, my production duties turned toward focusing the teams development priorities to align with the launch of Apple Arcade, an entirely new mobile platform. This included rapid assessment of the teams trajectory on a daily basis, as well as facilitating communication between the Apple production team and the developers I was responsible for.

Currently we are supporting and adding to Mini Motorways for iOS, tvOS, iPadOS and MacOS, as well as working toward a 2020 PC launch on Steam.
